Gigi is a one-piece bathing suit with a mid-leg cut. Featuring an underwire cup, back cutout with hook-and-eye closure and adjustable straight back spaghetti straps. This special fabric was made in collaboration with PYRATEX. This PYRATEX Power 3 fabric mimics the functionality, retention and water absorption of fully synthetic swimwear, without the use of polyester or nylon. The fabric is created by converting dissolved wood pulp from sustainably managed forests, into versatile fiber using a low-toxicity solvent. During this process, 99.5% of chemicals are reused in a closed-loop system. Color fastness is tested with both chlorine and saltwater.
