Pier is a cropped bandeau top. Featuring smocking throughout the bodice and voluminous, three-quarter-length sleeves with elastic openings. Designed to be worn either on or off-the-shoulder. Pair with the coordinating Nicole skirt or a high-waisted pant. Made from 100% organic cotton in our custom botanical Emonia print.
