Account Executive

Reports to: Director of Sales
*NYC Based

The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing both new and existing assigned wholesale department store and specialty store accounts. This position is global and reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:
· Maintain and grow sales in allocated region - management of key territories
· Sell the Collections 4 times per year in NYC/Paris
· Review and enter orders to ensure strong classification coverage and brand representation per door
· Provide collection recaps after sales campaigns to address collection strengths and opportunities
· Negotiate sell thru and end of season agreements
· Organize PKs/PAs for key doors. Plan Trunkshows and other events with retailers
· Analyze brand adjacencies, negotiate floor space and survey the general market for additional wholesale and retail opportunities
· Responsible for visual merchandising of all POS (wholesale) within their remit
· Manage relationships with assigned accounts including department stores and specialty store partners
· Seek business opportunities to strengthen brand exposure
· Monitor shipping and merchandise flow against individual account plan
· Perform weekly, monthly and end of season sales analysis. Drive store business, replenish and be proactive implementing sales strategies
· Manage Linesheet set-up and syncing of data/images
· Maintain the highest degree of client service and act as a brand ambassador
· Perform other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
· 3+ Years in RTW wholesale experience
· Passion for the fashion industry
· Organized, proactive with strong time-management skills
· Detail-oriented with experience in strategy-planning
· Enthusiastic with excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and be solution-oriented
· Proficient in retail math and have ability to perform sales and market analysis
· Advanced Excel-knowledge is a must
· JOOR and RLM experience are a plus

Brand Marketing Manager

Reports to: Creative Director and Commercial VP
Direct Reports: 3

Mara Hoffman is looking for a passionate and analytical brand builder, to build and implement our multi-channel growth strategy across all digital and traditional platforms from ideation to hands-on execution. They will support the company through visual storytelling, copy writing, content creation, and social media engagement. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, engagement, and community across all commercial channels. The Brand Marketing Manager will lead beginning-to-end content creation for website, email newsletters, digital ads, blog, and social media. This role will work hand-in-hand with our Commercial team to ensure content drives conversion, sales, and brand recognition. The Brand Marketing Manager reports directly to the Creative Director and the Commercial VP and lead a team of Graphic Designers, PR/Brand Coordinator and Freelancers.

Creative & Content:
· Partner with Creative Director on creating compelling creative campaigns that align with product launch schedule and manage content creation, storytelling, copywriting, editing, design, and execution
· Develop annual photoshoot schedule for Ecommerce and Editorial photoshoots
· Plan and execute creative content creation for all purposes including but not limited to wholesale, social media, digital marketing and e-commerce materials.
· Write and/or edit or approve all brand copy, including email and subject lines, homepage, blog and other editorial platforms
· Identify interesting subjects, models, and talent for brand campaigns and story telling
· Continuously refine digital marketing strategy by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information, with consultation and approval of the Commercial VP
· Manage department budget relating to all content production
· Manage Graphic Design team ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and align with brand aesthetic

Photoshoots & Production:
· Develop annual photoshoot schedule for Ecommerce and Editorial photoshoots.
· Ownership of photoshoot budgets.
· Responsible for hiring and managing freelancers (producers, photographers, assistants, etc).
· Coordinate with Buying and Ecommerce teams on shot lists and content requirement docs for all editorial photo shoots to ensure content is allocated appropriately for digital outlet needs.
· Establish full cycle workflow for assets, from pre-production to post-production.
· Partner with Graphic Design team on overseeing all retouchers and photo related freelancers for editorial and ecommerce content.
· Partner with Ecommerce Director and Asset Coordinator on PDP selects for website.

Marketing & PR:
· Plan and execute all in person brand activations for retail and collaborate with Director of Wholesale for events with brand partners
· Join weekly/monthly Digital Marketing meetings with the digital agency and the Director of Ecommerce. Analyze customer insights and consumer trends - marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign strategy and customer conversion rates.
· Create and conduct analytics reporting across multiple channels to identify effectiveness and extract key insights for optimization of future campaigns.
· Collaborate and work cross functionally with our PR agency, digital agency and other relevant parties and stakeholders on product launches, brand partnerships and events.
· Collaborate with e-commerce and other internal teams to ensure all brand marketing activities are aligned with global brand strategy.

Social & Email
· Partner with Brand Coordinator Social Media strategy (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms).
· Partner with Brand Coordinator on progress reports measuring social media channel and creative campaign performance.
· Support Brand Coordinator with BTS strategy for social media and digital channels.
· Partner with Ecommerce team on subject line and email copy strategy

Project Management:
· Create scope of work for all external freelancers (i.e producers, writers, etc)
· Provide detail editing notes for all visual and editorial content created by freelancers
· Oversee all ad hoc creative projects for the company (i.e updated packaging, selling supplies, etc)

Qualifications:
· 4+ years of professional experience operating in communications, content creation, brand marketing and digital media
· Experience with a Fashion Brand is a must
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and confidence in learning new programs
· Experience in leading a team of 2 or more
· Strong writing and editing skills, with good storytelling instincts
· Excellent communication and listening skills
· The ability to maintain brand voice
· A proactive, highly organized, self-motivated work ethic, with a willingness to learn

Sales Associate - NYC Store

Reports to: Store Manager
*NYC Based

The Sales Associate is a key employee in maintaining good customer service. A sales associate is responsible for serving customers and accurately recording all sales transactions, as well as assisting with merchandise responsibilities, such as stocking, checking in stock and keeping the store neat, clean and organized.

Customer Service:
• Ability to clientele and understand the customer needs
• Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our collections and communicate product knowledge to clients

PR Intern

Reports to: Brand/PR Coordinator
*NYC Based

The PR intern is responsible for assisting all of the company's PR efforts that including but not limited to managing sample loans, merchandising the sample closet, producing content for social media, and monitoring media placements. This position will be highly organized, pays great attention to detail, be excited by working hands-on with the collection, and is interested in social media and growing online presence.

Sample Requests & Trafficking
• Assist with editorial and celebrity dressing requests to secure placement.
• Coordinate and track sample send-outs and inventory, ensuring all samples are accounted for.
• Maintain the organization of the sample closet.
• Assist with logistics paperwork, domestic and international shipments as well as arranging messengers.

Photo Shoots:
• Assist with coordinating samples for internal look books, market books, and supplemental photoshoots.
• Other duties for the PR department as they arise.

Media Monitoring:
• Assist with managing editor and press relationships.

Social Media:
• Assist in the organization of the social media calendar.
• Research and help ideate content production.
• Assist in the execution of producing content.

Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a degree related to fashion communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Must be available 9 am - 5 pm, minimum 3 days a week on-site.
• Hardworking, positive attitude, and passion for the fashion industry and sustainability.
• Extremely well organized in maintaining merchandising preferences when it comes to resolving issues and working in a face pace environment.
• Motivated, organized team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
• Extremely detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
