Returns Process



*Refunds will take an additional 3-4 weeks to be processed due to the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19.

To initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date, please visit our returns center. You will need to have the SKU number from the tag attached to your purchase.

Returns are processed automatically, you will receive an instant refund.

What is an instant refund?

While we're waiting for you to send back your purchase, you'll receive an instant refund. The instant refund will allow you to purchase a different size, color or style on marahoffman.com. This refund is for the amount of the item(s) you selected to return through the Returnly App and can only be used on marahoffman.com. To use the instant refund, you can easily copy the code, and simply enter the code during checkout. Purchases exceeding the instant refund amount are paid for with normal checkout methods. If you decide to not use your instant refund, you are refunded as normal when the return is received back at our warehouse. Your instant refund voucher is automatically cancelled as soon as you are refunded.


Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

We do not accept and will not process international returns.

Return Policy

Returns may be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. A prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided after submitting a successful return request online. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags and swimwear liners attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, MaraHoffman.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. Orders can be only be exchanged for a different size, we do not offer exchanges for a different color or style. To initiate an exchange, please visit

Returns on Final Sale/Discounted Items

All items in the sale section are non-refundable.

Refused Packages

We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All returns must have existing RMAs, with the RMA number enclosed inside the package. Any returns received at the warehouse without corresponding RMA numbers are subject to potential delays/refusal.
