Payment Types Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Discover, JCB, Diners Club cards. Orders can also be placed via PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.


*DUE TO LIMITED WAREHOUSE HOURS - Orders placed on Thursday after 1pm EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders placed before 1pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping).

Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. Free shipping for orders over $300 applies to domestic ground shipping only.

International Shipping ships internationally with UPS. To find out more information on the countries we ship to, the timescales available and costs, change your browsing country to where you're shipping to. To do this on desktop click the flag in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser and select your country. If you're on the mobile website click the three lines in the top right-hand corner and scroll down the pop-out menu to change your flag.

*Note that we will not accept and cannot process any international returns, so please order carefully.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date, please visit our returns center. You will need to have the SKU number from the tag attached to your purchase.

Discounts and Promotions

You can add a discount code after you’ve started the checkout process. Enter the code at checkout and your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or pass it along to a friend.


We make every effort to maintain our inventory levels as accurately as possible. However, we may run out of stock on popular items. In the rare case that an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and make the necessary changes to your order total. If the item you want is sold out, please join our waiting list, once we restock, we will notify you.
